Pre-Purchase Examinations
Owning a horse is a huge investment in time and money. Having a thorough pre-purchase exam makes economic sense.
Our doctors perform a thorough clinical exam. Depending on the results or intended use of the horse we may recommend radiographs, ultrasound, endoscopy or blood tests. Our objective is to evaluate the health of the horse and uncover any problems that might inhibit serviceability. It is ideal when both buyer and seller are present. Our vets will discuss their findings with you immediately and you’ll receive a written report in one week.
